Seriously, what can I eat? I feel very annoyed and out of sorts now. While reading ‘The Omnivore’s Dilemma’, by Michael Pollan, I wonder what to eat. If most things we now eat believing them to be healthy or even organic are processed corn, what can I eat.
In this book Pollan call us “walking processed corn” because the meat, chicken, eggs, milk even most organic foods have some processed corn in them. There is corn in yogurt, sugar, in your lotion, in the dye for clothes. The apple in the supermarket has been sprayed with pesticide made with form of corn in it!
I’m not hating on corn or anything but really?
Has anyone read this book, what are your thoughts?
