So I have gone back to the gym! If you have met me, you know I’m not skinny. I don’t go to bed wanting to be skinny, I am one of those people that are comfortable in their own skin, this is not to say that I am fit. I went back because I like how I feel after a really good workout session.
According to Mayo clinic website on the 7 benefits of regular physical exercise, exercise does improve mood and boosts your energy. This is because your heart begins to work more efficiently to deliver oxygen to your body organs. This means that exercise does work at least for me. That said, watch to see how long I keep it up :-)!
